Shortly after graduating from the University of Utah with a degree in Marketing and then an MBA, I formed a prefabricated building manufacturing company which distributed commercial buildings throughout the United States and parts of the Middle East. While I have kept my general contractor’s license active for thirty-five years, my primary focus turned to real estate sales when I became a full time Realtor in 1977.
In Salt Lake City, I was the owner and Principal Broker of The Property Shoppe, which I expanded into St. George in 1984. Although I have developed an occasional subdivision, and built numerous spec homes, I have particularly enjoyed the sales and marketing of real estate. With well over two hundred million dollars in sales, I am proficient in residential, land, and commercial real estate.
I am a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Club in both The Salt Lake Board of Realtors and the Washington County Board of Realtors. I am proud of my CRS designation and have served two terms as a director for The Washington County Board of Realtors. My pride extends into the rich history of Southern Utah and I’m delighted to share my experiences with other history buffs, hunters, hikers and fishermen.
Over my career in St. George, I have been the founder and principal broker for Coldwell Banker Premier, the founder and principal broker for St. George GMAC. and the founder and principal broker for St. George Homes. It appears that my real estate career has come full circle now that I have merged St. George Homes through Cityside Real estate Group into Red Rock Real Estate. I’m looking forward to a long and prosperous association with Red Rock, where I will be serving my extensive customer base as an associate broker.
